Thank you for shopping with Pet Love Dog Training & Pet Supplies. We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with no surprises. Below is everything you need to know about how we pack and ship your goodies.

Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide, and to New Zealand with Australia Post and reputable couriers. For international shipping please enquire through our contact us page.

Processing Times
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, sales events or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days to most metro areas.

These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and your delivery address.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a set amount.

Tracking Your Order
All parcels include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or goes missing, contact us on the contact us page and we’ll help lodge an inquiry with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to carrier fault.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s expense. Please check our return policy for further information.

Pre-Order Items
If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
